There are hundreds of moon calendars in English. Almost all of them print one reading of a lunar day with no author on it, as if there were only one tradition and it agreed with itself. There is not, and it does not.

What this is
Two things at once: an accurate calendar, and an honest set of readings.
The calendar half is ordinary astronomy, computed properly and shown in your own local time, for the place you are standing. The reading half is tradition, and tradition is treated here the way a decent book treats it: named, dated, and quoted with the disagreements left in.
That second half is the reason the site was built. The lunar days in particular rest on four separate author lines, one of them medieval and three of them Russian and modern, and they contradict each other on the days people search for most. Nobody writing in English shows that.

If something here is wrong, that is worth more to us than a compliment.
A wrong time, a source that does not say what we claim it says, a reading attributed to the wrong author: write, and it gets fixed and noted. The contact page has the address.
